Spaghetti carbonara

...a nice one, with pancetta and freshly grated nutmeg (and sherry, because I had no authentic alcohol). Followed with tinned pineapple.

Ooh, I haven't made that for ages. I don't have any authentic alcohol either, though. And I'm a cheapskate and always make it with bacon.
